Sorry excuse for healthcare response time when patients call are terrible if possible would rate no stars therapy people where great a couple aides where great night shift was terrible I set with my wife from 10pm to 530 am next they never came in to check on her several times had to go to desk to get assistance meds where to be on a schedule she had to ask for them

If I Could give this place a triple negative I would. They killed my father and even threw all his personal belongings away while he was in the hospital trying to recover from a uti and a bed sore that was so bad he had to have surgery on it and sadly caught sepsis from all the infection and his body could not recover.. do not let your loved one go here!!! I got a lawyer and they are paying for what they done to my father but nothing can bring him back!! I could write a book on all they done wrong!!

2 stars for the 2 wonderful nurses who actually listened to my concerns and actively cared for my father. Also for the absolutely fantastic PT and OT staff, and activities staff who try really hard to keep the residents busy and active. As far as everything else, I would give less than 1 star. Do not believe the photos above. It does not give an accurate depiction of the place. The outside is beautiful and the courtyard is great, but the interior is very run down. Rooms are cold and empty, dining rooms are the same. When I first visited the place, I came home crying because it was NOT the beautiful place I showed in the hospital when I signed up for my dad to take temporary residence there. I was absolutely shattered. I spent over $100 that night going to stores to try to find decorations and other items to make his room feel less empty and sad. The level of care varies daily and nightly. Hardly any communication between nursing staff and patients. The standards in place varies depending on who you talk to. The director in charge was very unknowledgable, and in my experience will say what you want to hear at any given moment. Unfortunately, many staff seemed undertrained and overwhelmed. I also have to warn that some of the medical machines are extremely outdated I can only recommend this place if it is on a 'have to' basis. I would highly recommend, if this is where you must go, staying with your loved one as much as possible. Learn what you can about any medical condition or needs your loved one has, be their advocate, don't be afraid to speak up for them, and learn how to use any medical devices your loved one may be dependant on (breathing machines, oxygen, bi-paps, c-paps, etc) as you may be the one who has to be sure the devices are being used correctly. I wish I could give a better review. I did find some terrific, caring staff during our short stay. I am extremely grateful for the handful of staff that made for a better experience. But, this is my actual open and honest review for signature rehabilitation in Radcliff based on my experience.
