I think Exceptional Senior Living is a wonderful place to live. I have met many new friends, we have wonderful activities and lovely staff that really care. I would highly recommend this place to a friend.

Beautiful campus but no consistent staff. Random people would walk in from the street and my grandma would run into them in the hall and give them tours. Broken promises on timeline for improvements. My grandfather hit the emergency button and it took 45 minutes for someone to respond. Beautiful campus, severely mismanaged and understaffed
