When I first rated this facility a few months ago I gave them a 1 star rating. Since the quarantine, they have earned more of my trust and in return deserve a better rating. I would have given them a 2.2 but not an option.

I called about a friend who Is not receiving the standard of care. I was told to call the social worker this is a nursing issue. I will attempt to call administrator tomorrow if I dont get a better response I will call the state and the ombudsman I

I am so impressed with this facility and the staff! They are a true team and family at Ridgeway. The facility is clean and beautiful and the care is even better. I am proud to be a part of this community!
