If you care for your loved one do not send them here. In less than two months my grandfather has broken both legs and now has a severe head injury and broken nose while under this sorry excuse for care. Ive seen poor elderly care in the past but this place should be shut down.

This is by far the worst place Ive ever worked for. Their patients are treated very poorly by most staff with the exception of a few. The administration is so distant from reality. Policies and procedures are only followed when it is convenient. Employees are also not treated as human beings. PTO is a joke because they never actually let you use it. The nurses dont listen to the CNAs who spend the most time with the patients. Some of the nurses only put eyes on the patients to administer medications. There are repercussions for workers who speak out against how things are being done. There are constantly power struggles over who's in change and bullying runs rampant. The list could go on and on...

Not what we would want for our family members. I need to start by saying that there are both good and bad caregivers at this facility. However, in general this looks and feels to me like a warehouse for the elderly. They did not give him adequate physical care, and I could give several examples but will refrain. The hallways are lined with people in wheelchairs, with very little social interaction, and the design of the facility does not provide an opportunity to go outside (in a secure courtyard, for example)We decided to move him to another facility, and the difference was night and day. The new facility has staff that were very concerned about proper physical care, and they showed a level of empathy and attention that every one of these facilities should provide. He is much happier and more comfortable now, and I am at peace knowing that he can rest comfortably without anxiety.
