Madisonville Health and Rehabilitation is a wonderful center. The center stays clean, has a lot of meaningful activities for the residents to participate in, successful therapy and compassionate nursing. One of the best centers Ive had the opportunity to visit.

My grandmother was at this facility and every single one of the workers made not only her feel comfortable in her last days on Earth but also the family! Even though my grandmother has passed away my grandfather still goes the facility every week to visit and preach! All of the staff has made him feel like part of the family.
