Speaking with the lovely Sue I uncovered much information & she gave me several amazing leads to help in getting things together for them. She honestly cares about the people shes trying to help & has checked back in with me several times & offered helpful input. Her expertise & kindness is absolutely life changing and I am so very grateful.

I cannot sing enough praise about the staff at Magnolia Springs. Nancy was so helpful with advice and was really concerned about the well being of my father, not just an admission. She went above and beyond to make sure that he had the best care possible, even if it meant placement at another facility. She also helped me to understand more about dementia and what the best treatment can be. All the staff have a way of making you feel like you are not alone in the long road of Alzheimer's but that they really care and want your parent to live their best life. I have toured nearly every memory care facility in Louisville and I have to say the help I got here, was by far the best. Thanks Nancy, you are top notch and you are changing lives of desperate families everyday. Keep up the great work!

My mother in has been here for 3 years. They have the best employees. It gives us peace of mind knowing we can work and she is taken care of. We can go out of town and not have to worry about her. If you are looking for a place for your parents Magnolia Springs is the best. We never have to worry to wonder if my mother in law is taken care of. We have recently moved her sister there and they each have their own apartment across the hall from each other. Thank you to the staff for taking care of both of them. It makes our life stress free not having to worry about them.

Staff Make the Difference! The Magnolia Springs East team is incredible. From the Front Desk team, to the Business Manager, the Residential Services Director and her team, the Activities Director, the Culinary Services team, the Executive Director, and the Building/Facilities director....EVERYONE truly cares and looks out for the residents as if they are their family. They quickly learn their names, preferences, habits, likes (and dislikes)...all the small things that make a difference in making personal connections!One huge benefit for us is that since Magnolia Springs has a memory unit, many of their staff are aware of what to watch for as early stages of dementia and other memory conditions digress over time. This is particularly helpful since our loved one is in the Assisted Living area, but will likely go to Memory Way (the memory unit) in the future.In short, Magnolia Springs has a great team who truly care combined with the knowledge and skills to make a difference!
