The most important quality is Home Instead genuinely care about their employees as much as their clients. Also important is the pleasant office staff and helpful nature they extend to me when I need help. I always feel appreciated by the owners and staff. Home Instead, especially Lynn and Regina have been FANTASTIC! Dealing with a grandpa recently being diagnosed with CHF and having Dementia is not an easy thing to swallow. We've felt heard through the entire process and have had to make some difficult decisions, but having the guidance and support of Home Instead has helped us navigate easier through this tough process. There were times we needed immediate assistance and Home Instead's staff were able to accommodate any situation thrown at them. We could not have done this without them and truly appreciate all they've done for us!
