I love it here. I have been here almost a year now and have had no problems. It is very quiet at all times and I am very impressed with Jim our present manager. He has done a lot to make the grounds look so much better, which makes me proud. The apartments are very nice and large for the rent we pay! I would highly recommend this place!

My grandmother lived here for 9 years. Usually it's quite around. A lot of residents follow the simple house rules throughout the week, but not weekends since management isn't there. Speaking of management, they have gone through at least 3 maangers in 3 years. The current manager Jim G. is rude. He never answers the phone, and after calling his boss (after calling and leaving messages for a week and half) I finally started to get call backs from him. Always stays behind his locked door, unless someone is moving in or out. Yesterday made some rude comments to me as well. Contacted his boss about his unprofessionalism. It's a shame that this residential for seniors can't find a decent person to manage the day to day business.
