My mother lives out of town and her case manager called me and told me I had to find an assisted living facility for her as she is no longer safe living alone. I was referred to Matt at Senior Living Locators. Matt went to mothers house that same day and assessed her. The very next day he came and picked mom up and took her on tours of the facilities that were appropriate for her. Mom cannot drive and I have no one to take her so the fact that Matt came and picked her up and spent the day with her driving her from facility to facility was amazing. Mom told me she found the perfect facility and she seemed excited to be moving in. If it weren't for Matt mom would still be home alone and not safe. Matt kept me informed throughout the entire process.

CALL MATT AT SENIOR LIVING LOCATORS FIRST!!!! I placed my father 5 years ago and made the mistake of filling out an online request and my phone was flooded with calls. I recently had to place my mother and called Senior Living Locators and Matt personally came to our house and spent over an hour getting to know mom and what she was looking for in an assisted living facility. He also did a physical assessment as he is a physical therapist as well. He presented us with 3 options that were the best fit for mom. He scheduled our tours and accompanied us to those tours and was able to give us valuable feedback about each facility. He does not share your information with anybody. This process with Matt could not have been easier. He basically does all the work for you so you don't have to worry about anything. I wish he was around for my father when I had to place him.

A social worker at the hospital highly recommended Senior Living Locators to help me find a place for my mom. I can see why they did. I spoke with Matt and he came to the house and really got to know mom. He is very thorough and gave us an in depth look at what we should be looking for in assisted living facility. He was so detailed and was able to find places that fit our budget. Some of these places I had no idea existed but he really opened my eyes. It was like having a real estate agent with us every step of the way when we toured these facilities. He saved me a lot of time and hassle by basically doing everything for me.
