My Sister in Law (was) there but the treatment if you want to say she received any was intolerable. She was always being taken to the Hospital for neglect of treatment for bed sores. If I were to recommend Bridgepoint to anyone I wouldn't . Florence Park is just as bad. If should be a priority to care for the elderly as these places are here for that reason and can't even do that. It hurts me to see our elderly being 'MISTREATED' like this.

The facility has come a long way. The quality of food has greatly improved and they now offer a greater variety of alternate meals. The staff on the long term unit are friendly and do a fine job. There are some things that still need tweaking, but for the most part it is a good place.

I have been a resident at Bridge Point since September of 2019. I was here for short term therapy, but I now call Bridge Point home. I reside on the 200 unit. The staff here is very kind, and I am treated very well.
