I just love how you erase all your bad reviews. Don't trust anything they tell you.

This facility is trash, staff are rude liars and steal off residents. Do Not Take Family Here!

This is a really great facility. The staff are VERY professional, very helpful and serious about their jobs. Its a clean environment, rooms are sorted with people paired as roommates perfectly. The residents are family. The management here is extremely understanding and they listen. Theres no drama in this facility. The pay rate is amazing, the benefits and the job itself. Ive worked here and I couldnt say one horrible thing about here or the workers. I would love to go back to this facility later on, but with school full time and everything I was dealing with over my health and trying to get it tamed, it just wasnt the right time for me. But I personally think they have the best care and assistance, the best routined the best physical therapy center. Oakmont is some where Id recommend to anyone!

Never have I ever experienced so much unprofessionalism from Tracey Cotton at Oakmont Manor. My fianc completed his CNA class at Oakmont Manor about 8 years ago and then worked at their facility for some time afterward. Now he is trying to obtain a CNA license in a different state, but is in need of some paperwork from Tracey Cotton in order to obtain his new license. Tracey said that they no longer had his CNA certificate on file because after 5 years they shred their records. That was understandable. When we told her the second option of her writing up the info on a letterhead with the following information that is required by the state for this new license, she refused to do so stating that he could look it up online like everyone else. Well, if the state of Wisconsin would accept that as valid information and credit it toward his new license we wouldnt have to bother you so much now would we. My fianc and I have called multiple times and left multiple messages and have not heard anything back. We have even called and asked to speak with her superior and have not heard back. All my fianc wants is to be able to get a job right away when we move and not have to take the CNA class all over again. He has been a CNA for over 8 years in both nursing home and hospital settings. It is ridiculous that Tracey thinks she does not have to do a part of her job. The state of Wisconsin wants information specifically from this facility in regard to the class and Tracey is refusing to provide said information.
