My wife Heather completed a 8 day rehab stay in July 2019 after having a rod and pin inserted in her left hip. The staff was professional and warm. The facility was clean and welcoming.First night PT Patrick Skees was awesome getting Heather platform walker adjusted and got her to smile within minutes of arrival. Special thanks to Andrea Hall [Director of Admissions] for the smooth transition from St. Elizabeth Edgewood. The OT [Blake Phillips] & PT [Amy Kline and Kourtney Redelman] staff was one of the finest teams I've seen during my wife's life time of OT & PT services to include our 27 years of military top notch care and life in Virginia Beach community. Heather has continued her recovery in the VillaSprings out patient PT program. Nicole Back has been awesome and Heather is advancing tremendously! Thank you to the entire team. I'd recommend VillaSprings to anyone needing rehabilitation.

Hello, Villa-Springs Team! I wanted to leave good remarks your facility is one of the best facilities I have ever stayed at in a long time. The therapy staff was great they pointed me back in the right direction and they truly understood my problems and helped me resolve them. And also I wanted to say thank you as well to all of the Nursing Department you all as well have been a great help to my success story. Thank You Villa-Springs !

I'vee been in rehab more than I'd like to admit. I've been in 2 other spring facilities they were horrible!!!! I worried that Villa would be the same. I'm giving Villa 5 stars because of the staff. It's stressful on the nurses when they're short handed. Yet they still treat each patient with great care. All the P.T, O.T, and speech work with patients to help them get back home. If you have a family member or someone you care about check Villa Springs

Negative 5 review nurses are so unattended they don't listen. my grandmother was there for a few months and I had to drive from Louisville to bath her because they wouldn't. She was bathed less than once a week. While visiting we would push the nurse button and wait 45min-1hr for a response. I get it nurses are busy and places are understaffed if you don't want to do the job don't go to school for it or don't go to a nursing home if you can't attend to the elderly. I had to buy a new blanket 3 times because she would ask for a second blanket (older people get colder) and never received I brought one in they took it to wash and it never returned 3 times. I remember tried being nice to the nurse to get better care offered to buy them lunch they payed more attention that day but we're back to not caring one but the next day. My grandmother's roommate almost died because she was left unattended for so long. Was finally rushed to the hospital and treated. Please do not take your elder family members too this place worst experience I've ever been in for my grandma.

Wow!..let me say if your loved one is needing pills and room and board, this is the place..if they need attention or have special need dont do it! I complained about my mom sitting in dried feces and not being watched closely with her colostomy bag. She had a wound which got worse due to leakage...when I complained, they took over her wound care..the nurses were not knowledgeable enough and the wound deepened and spread to be huge!..all the while she was in agony..they covered up the huge wound and for 3 days she went without access to pain pills!..did I mention the short staff most of the time? AS a nurse and family member, I dont recommend this place. Ive been threatened at least 3 times that THEY would find mom a new place if I wasnt happy with their care! She landed in the hospital this month over her uncontrolable pain and wound..it was too much!
