I have been impressed with the attention given to my mother who lives in the assisted living wing. There has never been a problem with my mother related to her care or with the angels who provide assistance. In fact, mom has told me many times that her aides are kind and are willing to do just about anything that mom may request. I am very happy with the nursing care and the great communication we receive whenever mom has a medical or personal issue. Sedgwick Plaza has exceeded our expectations on all levels. This place rocks. We are pleased with the consistent and fun activities provided. We are also appreciative of the many opportunities that are communicated to help the elderly folks obtain all possible government benefits that are available.

I have been searching for an Independent Living Community for my 91 year old dad. After visiting several communities, I chose Sedgwick Plaza for several reasons, but Misty with the sales department was the #1. My dad is extremely reluctant to change, and this move is a traumatic, emotional process for him. Misty's description of the process and 'climbing the mountain' one step at a time was priceless; her way of simplifying to future residents showed me she has empathy, love and understanding of our senior community. She is a positive influence to those around her. Additionally, I enjoy seeing the residents moving around outdoors and enjoying the fresh air; my dad will love that.
