I cannot speak highly enough of this community. They treat my grandfather like royalty. I can sleep easy at night knowing he is being properly taken care of. He is always telling me how much he loves it there!

Be warned! My mom moved to Chaucer Estates memory care in June 2018. It is now 5 months since she moved and they are booting her out. They gave a 30-day eviction notice today, less than a week before Thanksgiving. They are fed up with her falling and don't want to deal with her anymore. She is already on hospice care. We thought this would be her last move ever, but apparently she hasn't suffered enough. My dad is living in the assisted living unit and was able to visit daily, but now the 2 of them will be permanently separated. Don't trust the contracts you sign with them. They have no compassion.

Excellent facility. Great ratio of nursing to residents. Quick response times to call lights. Best care available in town Approachable and caring administration. Relax calm environment. Been in this field for over 20 years and its the best facility by far. More potential residents and families should be aware of this fabulous place. You will love it

Short staff in all areas (we were told that positions were being cut) and a constant turnover. It could take up to 30 minutes for a call button to be answered. We should have hired someone for med management so we knew it would have been done right. The food is the same over and over and not that good. Nothing to do but listen to staff complain. We had to stay on top of the bill because it was usually wrong, was told it was 'corporate.' What a relief to move, out family is doing great in their new place!
