My grandmother use to live there and the staff is horrible. The housekeeper that is suppose to clean her room once a week is very rude! My grandmother was not feeling good on the day she was supposed to get her apartment clean and the housekeeper told her she would not get cleaned that week then. She paid over 5000 a month to live there and because she was sick she had to go another whole week to have her place cleaned!! When bringing it to the GM Jessie she had a very so what attitude. Tabatha in sales must get bonuses for everyone she gets to move in there because when she set up the tour for potential residents it is nothing like it when they move in. A very big theft problem also! Please.if you ir a family member is thinking of moving iN DO NOT DO IT!!!!!
