A very serious problem with wait staff in the dining room. The food quality continues to decline. Unable to cut the meat today even with a steak knife.

Very impressed wth Shawnee Hills Senior Living. Wendy provided us with a great deal of information not only about independent livng, but also about assisted care living. We are not yet ready to take this next step to leave our home and move to an independent living facility, but when we are, we will be meeting again with Wendy to plan further. Go by and visit...nice lunch, a tour of the facility and lots of important information.

As a first step in considering downsizing from her home, my mom and I visited Shawnee Hills. It was a wonderful experience. Wendy was kind from the moment we planned the visit through the after-visit call. While we were there, she was welcoming and gracious as if giving us a tour her own home. The community spaces were clean and being updated in places (which I appreciated, showing they keep things up), the rooms were modern and offered outdoor space, and the hallways were homey. We ran into multiple residents who were all friendly and smiling, saying hello and nice to meet you. All seemed to be in good spirits which spoke volumes to me. I appreciated all of the amenities and programming available.
