This facility is horrible. I had to remove my family member because i would come in to visit during breakfast and when i would come back at lunch my dad would STILL be sitting in the dining room from BREAKFAST. Would not recommend this facility to anyone. Take care of your residents, maybe get a better staff.

I go to school with one of the staff members, Concha Campa, and I over heard her speaking about a resident with dementia. She described the patients condition and even said the name. The one thing that sickens me is that she pulled out her phone and showed a video of the resident who was confused. Windsor needs a better staff!!!!!!

Carpets are in desperate need of cleaning!Staff should not walk down the hall spraying air freshner until it chokes you !!
