This place is beautiful and offers good benefits, but all of that is pointless to an employee if you cant be paid, my first pay check was missing hours due to someone's error of not turning in my time sheets, I brought it to HR attention it seem like the issue would be resolved and I would be paid in 3 business days the days pass nothing, the HR said they also forgot, I keep asking they keep saying it was coming never received anything it's been almost a month for a place that makes millions of dollars literally and is either unable or unwilling to pay wages owed is a red flag to me I am a full time student and need every dime to survive, I had to file a complaint with the labor department, just remind to myself that everything that glitters isn't gold.

My wife and I have been here since April 2019. The food is excellent, the facility is exactly what we expected, the staff is great. We also have a dog who really enjoys our patio and grass area. Great place to live out our lives together even with Alzheimer's. Thanks to everyone who made this possible for us.

Its New Years Eve and here at Tallgrass the residents were promised an elegant dinner. Lobster tails were on the menu. First, we waited one hour and fifteen minutes to get seated in the dining room and once seated we waited thirty minutes for the wait staff to visit our table with water. Finally our order was taken. A few minutes later we were told they were out of lobster. Happy new year! Needless to say we were not happy and were not shy about expressing our displeasure. A few minutes later plates of food were brought to us and lo and behold there was lobster on the plate-ONE TABLESPOON OF LOBSTER. Sadly, this is par for the course here. Dining services here are pitiful and getting worse. Their promises to make things better are hollow indeed. Spin and hype are the order of the day until you get here and see what is really happening. Buyer beware!
