Silvercrest at Deer Creek Senior Living

I have had my mom at Silvercrest at Deer Creek for almost two years. I love the staff. They all take such good care of my mom. She lives indepently there because the entire staff take such good care of her.I would highly recommend Silvercrest to anyone making this hard decision.

I worked here a couple summers ago as some summer help. I really appreciated the kindness of staff and residents, and I was extremely impressed with the quality care provided to the residents! If I had to suggest a great community to my grandma, it would be Deer Creek!

After losing his wife my Dad had to leave Mexico and come to Kansas. He was devastated when he moved into Silvercrest but the staff and residents were so very supportive and caring. He longed to return but ran into health issues. Again he found tremendous support and after several months was able to return to Mexico. He has already said when the time comes he wont even look anywhere else. Hell call Silvercrest. By the way he said the food was excellent too. As the child I couldnt have gotten through this without the knowledge that when I wasnt there he was in a good place. Thanks for all you did!

I have have been extremely pleased with my experience at Silvercrest at Deer Creek. The staff truly care about the residents and providing the best best living environment for them. The best community Ive been in in Johnson County! Would definitely recommend for senior living.

The people who work at SDC I consider to be somewhere in the realm of family. I feel so cared for.. They are attentive to my needs and I am just inredulous at how responsive they are to my requests. When I have asked for help with something, it has been done more quickly than I would ever have expected. Silvercrest at Deer Creek clearly values cultivating and maintaining relationships. I really enjoy the food and the kitchen staff has been very responsive to requests and comments Ive made. The kitchen staff and other departments at SDC have elicited feedback and acted upon it since Ive lived here. Relationships with fellow residents have become friendships that in other circumstances would take a long time to develop. I am learning to play bridge, thanks to the generosity of some of my new friends. My favorite organized activities are drama club and gong to see live theater, brain games (trivia), and coffee chats or social hour in the pub. I am learning abstract painting in classes taught by my neighbor who is a talented artist. I love the SDC location. Having lived in midtown all of my adult life, I was extremely surprised by how many great places there are to go in the immediate area. There are fantastic shops and restaurants just a few blocks away, and friends in midtown drop by without finding the distance to be prohibitive. I love living at Silvercrest at Deer Creek. I could not have chosen a place as perfect for me!
