I was a resident of this complex that is way over rated and priced. Construction is cheap and shoddy. Halls are narrow and dim. Units do not have garbage disposals or ceiling fans. Complex management is a revolving door--four managers in less than a year--so communications are lacking. I can't even get 'corporate' to return my calls. Our move-in was a disaster--delayed a month and a half and then when we did move in the apartment had not been cleaned, the dishwasher and refrigerator were not hooked up. We had seven doors that would not latch and the washer/dryer was not level (and still isn't) so the dryer door won't say open to load clothes. We filled a full page of problems on our move-in sheet. If it wasn't for the 12 month lease we would be long gone! Very disappointing experience. Renter BEWARE!!

They are running a scam with the towing company. They poorly designate their visitor parking with misleading signs then tow you immediately for a kick back from the towing company

I went to look for a place to possibly move my Dad from Nevada and stopped by The Grand Estates on Greenwood in Olathe, KS. The community manager, Joy was very helpful and took her time touring me around the community (which was beautifully appointed and well maintained), talked to me about different apartment options, amenities, floorplans, specials etc. I was really very impressed with her and the community. I even had a chance to see her interact with the residents which was great. I would highly recommend stopping by for a tour should you or a family member need an Independent Living apartment!
