My parents have been residents of Assisted Living at WVL for 2 years. From the cleanliness of the facility to the high-quality of staff, there is nothing that I or they would change. It speaks highly of the management team that many of the aides and nurses have been with WVL since it opened. They really do care about the quality of life for their residents. Westchester Village of Lenexa has to be one of the BEST senior living facilities in the country.

My father had a lovely stay at Westchester Village following a shoulder fracture. Westchester assisted him with rehabilitation services and provided a beautiful, clean, safe environment for his recovery. He was there for three months and really enjoyed his time there.

Its amazing how you can come to a new job and everything is amazing because of the promises they give to you and then the real truth comes out! Its sad when your ADON calls you into the office and tells you that everyone hates you because you want them to do their job, and are forced to leave because you cant do your job because your DON, and admins dont back you up. I pray they stop doing this to their employees and treat their residents right! This place is a click, from the admins to the nursing staff. Dont let the new look fool you.
