Such an awful branch. I called to add my husband to my bank account. Member services emailed me the paperwork and said that as long as my husband signs it and I have his license I would be able to add him. I drove an hour here to add him to my account and get his debit card to be told that he has to be here. Well I wasnt told this before. They said they cant verify his signature. He signs the paychecks that currently go into my bank account. And I have his signature in front of me, and he offered to FaceTime me. Nope wont help me. I will be canceling this account after 6 years. Ridiculous.

I purchased a vehicle from one of there customers and it is like pulling teeth to get them to send me a lien release form. Its almost as if because Im not a customer of theirs I am pushed back. As a person who works in customer service this company has horrible customer service. I would never bank or do business with this company.
