Overworked, Underpaid, and mistreated. Kitchen management is trash. Nurses and CNA are RUDE. Administration needs investigated and observed because of how employees and residents are treated on a daily. Watched a nurse SCREAM at a resident asking for help because she was too busy having a conversation with another resident.

You will be overworked and underpaid. They put myself and 1 other aide to care for 66 residents at least. The entire time I worked there I never met or saw the D.O.N. You communicate via notes under and taped to her door. The residents are wonderful but like a former co worker from here said Valley View turns nice people mean by the way employees are treated and ran into the ground. Absolutely no genuine care for their employees

Ive been here 7 years.. all job have ups and down but the reason I stay is because of the residents, my schedule and the director of dining and hospitality..They do a lot of activities with the residents.. They care about there employees family life every time I needed/wanted to do something with my son school related like go on his field trips last minute she would find a way for me to go. Valley View Senior Life has some real good people working there and I consider some of them my family.
