My mother was at this facility on 2 occasions. She had a excellent experience. Staff remembered her and greeted her like a old friend. The facility is clean and doesn't smell. She enjoyed the meals as well.

The portable phone in the basement is terrible when trying to have a conversation. I believe it needs to be upgraded for a better quality sound and it would be helpful if it was a 2 pair handset - so one could be charging while other is being used. Staff is nice.
