Rock Rentals is the best!! They are very prompt when contacted with any issues. Everyone is so friendly, I feel like they have gotten to know us as people not just tenants. I recommend them as landlords all the time.

We have rented from Rock Rentals since 2014 and they have went above and beyond for us over the last several years. When something needs fixed on our house then they are there to have it fixed in a reasonable time. Inspections are done every quarter to make sure everything is working like it is suppose too. Renters insurance seems to be everyones hang up but for under $15 a month it is worth it just in case something were to happen. Rock Rentals has several branches of services in case you were looking for someone to clean, mow or renovate a room. They also have an online portal so you can pay rent online. People also think their rentals are to high in price but honestly you get what you are paying for. They fix alot of houses up nice and don't cut corners. We can't thank Shane and his team for everything they have done for us over the last several years!

This was by far the best rental experience Ive had! They were exceptional from the very beginning. They have a great team to work with and they are all quick to respond. They also really care about the tenants and their rental properties and that shows. Highly recommend!
