I am giving Frontier Heritage 5 stars because of Allison Dolph because if her customer service. Let give an example, I caught Allison leaving the building on her lunch hour (office is by appt only due to COVID) and stopped her to ask a couple of questions. It was 90F+ in hot blazing Kansas sun and was happy to answer my questions! I expected her to just tell me that she didn't know and just tell me 'Sorry, I don't know' and just continue onto her lunch break. I couldn't believe it! She even went back into the office to get me more info. I must have held her up about 10 minutes asking her questions. Wow - I recommend Allison if you have any problems or questions.

This was the first time I have lived on post. For the record, I lived in the infantry barracks. We struggled with mold issues, mice issues, plumbing issues the entire year. The housing office told us multiple stories and depending on who you spoke to, different stories. I would life off post. I photographed all of the above accusations.

Overall our experience was poor- but Ill let one experience redeem the entire calamity that the housing office created. Alison, our final out inspector was the only employee that treated us like humans - she fairly assessed the home & was friendly, personable & professional. I hope the housing office takes note & uses her to train the rest of the office or places her in a position of management. If every employee was like her, Im certain every review would be five stars.

We give Fort Leavenworth Frontier Heritage Communities 5 stars because of Melissa Workman Bayles. Overall, our experience with Ft Leavenworth Heritage has been a 5 star experience. Melissa was so helpful and was always available to answer our questions. We were on a waiting list, and never really expected to hear back to live on base, but surprisingly Melissa remembered and contacted us ASAP when there was an opening. Our spot easily could have been taken by someone else, but Melissa knew we wanted to live on base and did not give away our spot on the que until she had made contact with us. By the time we realized she left us message (multiple messages) a week had passed (or two?) and we are so thankful that she waited to hear from us before giving up on our spot on the que. And this is just one example how Melissa just goes out of her way to please her customers. She is always available and always has the answers - and if she doesn't have them, she will find out!
