Ive lived at Windsor Square for one year, and if I didnt have to move due to my changing job placement, I would absolutely have loved to live here longer. The price is very reasonable, the location is SO convenient, and management has been nothing but pleasant to work with. Every maintenance need Ive had has been addressed within 24 hours. The manager, Brittany, is so friendly and personable! Even though I havent been able to make it to many of the complexs community events, she still says hi to me by name whenever she sees me. The small community feeling of this complex is something that sets it apart and makes it feel like home. If youre looking for a place to live within the Des Moines area, you should definitely check out this hidden treasure!

I lived in Windsor Square Apartments for the last 3 years (sadly, I had to leave for work reasons, and now live in the Southwest), and I have to say that it was one of the best Apartment-living experiences I've ever known! The office folks (Kimber, when I first got there, but now Ms. Britney and Ms. Katie) are the kindest, most diligent and responsive folks you'll ever meet, and the maintenance crew were more than helpful and kept everything, indoors and out, in ship-shape. The location is excellent, with both easy access to I-235, and shopping areas just to the West down University Ave., with several unique local restaurants, cafes, and shops within a block or two. My time in Des Moines was relatively short, but the good memories I have of living there, tied indelibly with Windsor Square, will linger....
