Some of these reviews are made by Park 88 managers of the company thus they have a high rating. Read the reviews of the people that actually live there or use to live there will be more helpful.I moved to Park 88 on a Friday. I paid my Internet Bill. I contacted Century Link and they said the Apartment Complex has to turn on your service. Park 88 did not turn on my Internet until the following Thursday.Parking is terrible. During the day you can find parking. At night time good luck finding a parking spot. There was a wedding reception at their commons area one night. My car was towed the next day. I had a properly displayed Parking Decal. Missed 4 hours of work waiting for Park 88 to tow my car back. While waiting for my car to be towed back I walked their parking lot and saw 32 cars without Parking Decals displayed (visitors).Their walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations through the wall. I had a girl live next to me and she always talked loud and could hear her conversations. Landscaping and Snow Removal is terrible. They always leave grass all over. Snow Removal they put out Ice Melt buckets that you have to spread on the Sidewalks. They make one path or circle through the parking lot. Then the next day or two you have to move your cars so they can remove the snow.Watch your Water Bills. My Water Bill kept going up every month I usually paid $30-$35 a month and at one point it was $48. Come to find out I had a bad Water Meter and it had to be replaced. Also you get charged a Service Fee every month of $4.16 or $4.32 that they say 'goes towards sending out bills.'I had numerous Maintenance Requests. 3 times for my Washer, 1 time for my Blinds that fell off the wall when I opened them, 1 time my Lights in the Kitchen stayed on for 2 days straight. Park 88 had to shut the electricity off for a couple hours to fix the issue, and 1 time my Toilet Paper Holder fell of the wall. The apartments look nice from the outside, but once you live there you start having issues. The apartments were poorly built.

Park 88 is a great place to live. Quiet residential neighborhood with ponds and grasslands next to bike and ped trails. There has been excellent response to all needs by staff, secure building, clean halls and convenient amenities. Staff has striven to exceed the expectations I've had of all my former rentals. I have enjoyed my lifestyle here with in unit washer dryer and all modern appliances in my home. I have a private balcony with a beautiful view of 801 Grand in the skyline. Our community has not had issues with disruptive people or animals and no crime. I am moving due to finances but it has been a great living experience.
