I visit my Mother most every day at different times of the day and night. The staff is very caring and patient with residents to insure their comfort and safety. I have always been impressed with the cleanliness & efforts to maintain the facility. My Mother-in-law lived in the assisted living side for a year and we were very happy with the care. My Mom is treated exceptionally well - I highly recommend this facility.

I love the staff and care that my mother gets at fountain west. They are like family to us. If you are considering a care facility for a loved one, please visit them. They are good people

Severe bug infestation and mice problem. I visited my aunt here and she even had a rash on her arms and stomach from spider bites. I hope they get it sprayed. When Ive visited I've had to remove the food tray from breakfast in the afternoon. I don't feel like anything is sanitary. Do not recommend.

My grandma had a broken hip after a fall from unanswered call light for over an hour. Even when we visit it seems we weren't recognized. We rehomed Grandma and she's much happier now. Staff was quick to transfer her out of their care. Hope they get enough staff to accommodate.
