Misinformation on sale of apartments value, and high mantance fees in$1648.00 a month fees to live at the Reserve that they do not post on web site, those that could look forward to a decent home can not.

Nice visit and the color they havechosen for the walls looks great...Makes such a difference and so updated!!!

My mother lived at the Reserve for 10 plus years. The apartments/condos are very spacious. The facility is well kept and managed. They keep the place looking like new. There are many amenities like dining room, craft room, woodworking shop, movies, and exercise equipment. Parking is underground.
