Congratulations for being ahead of the curve with the COVID-19 response! You went into lockdown mode well before any business or public space in Iowa did the same. Forever grateful!

Most rude and unintelligent nurses Ive ever encountered and cnas treated terribly by them, low staff because of this and they use an agency to fill 75% of their staffing needs. Cant keep employees and on their 3rd or 4th Director.

The dietary and housekeeping staff care more about the residents then the nursing staff does.

This was a beautiful place for my mom to spend her last days, but staff did not call me when my mother was dying to allow me to be there for her last breath on this earth. They did not call her hospice nurse who could have provided much needed medications to ease her last moments. I believe they were not even aware of her impending death :( Mom had two falls while a resident...clean and pretty, but expensive for what I believe to be substandard care.
