I don't have a loved one here but I was considering it as a possible placement for my wife while she rehabs from surgery. I must say though that with only two 1-star reviews to base my decision on, it's hard to imagine taking a risk on the place. Perhaps if there was further follow-up provided on the complaints I might feel better about it. So I guess its fair to say my 1-star rating is based solely on reviewing the reviews and not personal experience. Even so, OUCH!

Please do not send your loved ones here. They will be neglected and it's dirty and the food is unrecognizable.

They forgot to hook my grandmother back up to oxygen and did not ensure she had her call light prior to leaving. Due to this she nearly passed out and we're lucky she didn't fall or worse. When trying to address this with the administration we were labeled as complainers and basically told that we hope your grandmother leaves because you are too much trouble. Please try to find another place for your loved one to go.
