Had a friend who lived here. He understood the company (Calamar in New York) was having financial issues. Therefore the complex does not have the same amenities that were advertised. Before signing any lease he recommends getting information about Calamar. The company's Glassdoor and Indeed reviews show that employees are very unhappy with upper management.

The manager and wellness coordinator are so nice! Really like the community rooms and events they host for the residents so its a good 55+ community near Des Moines.
