Can you tell me on what planet that you think its ok not to give someone meds that they need to take daily?.. and how is it ok that my grandmother was in the bathroom for an hour before someone came to help her??..

The building smells, and isnt clean. Everything is outdated. Very unprofessional office employees. Cna seem helpful but clueless. Administration could use some work on her attitude. No space for personal belongings for patient.
