Mickster Mouseter
The place appears to be clean and most of the staff are friendly. However, the director, Robbie, is argumentative, rude, snotty and arrogant. She will not speak with family members in person, refuses to allow my hearing impaired mother to get her special phone hooked up in a timely manor. Will not allow her son, who has done her IT assistance for many years, into the building to set up the special phone and the internet for mom's computer. It is impossible to get a phone number for corporate so a member of higher management can be made aware of the serious problems this director is causing.
