They currently have no hot water available to our residents to half of the building, management does not care about the problems we have providing for residents, gowns were paper thin until a coworker supplied us with some out of her personal money. We have been begging for new soakers and nobody will buy them, we have no towels and linens. Every week another one of us quits. The administrator is a very under qualified woman who has no idea how to communicate with staff or family members. I had a family member cry to me after speaking with the administrator. This building is completely under staffed.
