Primrose has the best staff! This can be seen by their attentive nature to each resident, variety of events/trips for their residents, and sense of community for others living in the 'retirement cruise ship on land'. It is not uncommon for staff to go out of their way to make sure their residents make it to their appointments, that their residents are able to celebrate their birthdays with a meal that is a favorite, and that each resident has the best care! Each time that I visit Primrose, I am welcomed with a warm smile and appreciate their dedication to seniors in our Council Bluffs community. Great Job!
