The experience here was wonderful! In looking for a place for my grandma the staff knew it was a tough decision to make and really took the time to get to know us and my grandma. Tiffany asked about my grandma and who she is versus just talking about cost of their care and the activities/services they provide. The atmosphere is great, residents seem happy and cheerful, and I felt very comfortable sharing details of my family with the staff.Thank you Tiffany and the rest of the Country House staff for being so amazing! I would highly recommend this facility to those seeking care for their family members!

CountryHouse is a welcome addition to the Council Bluffs community. They are a top-tier provider of memory care support in a long-term setting that respects the dignity of their residents and their loved ones. From the excellent staff to the beautiful location and amenities, it is clear that CountryHouse is living out their mission in every way.They are also a wonderful community partner for other senior-focused agencies like The Center, providing advocacy, education, and support for the programs we offer which help seniors stay healthy and independent for as long as possible. We are grateful to work with them and so glad that people in need of memory support have such a great local resource.

Country House is a great place for peace of mind if you are looking for a home for a loved one with dementia. The staff is genuine and caring. The atmosphere is warm and homey. The facilities are spotless. And your loved one lives in a room furnished entirely with their own stuff. Nothing hospital or sterile about it! I love the fact that it is small, the staff know the residents, and residents have access to the entire home. The only thing locked is front & back door. There is a secure outdoor courtyard that overlooks nature as far as you can see. Activities are obviously planned with enjoyment for residents uppermost priority. I am so happy we found this place!!!
