Some clients are getting hurt because the company isn't doin enough to ensure their. Safety. One example one client isn't secured in his wheel chair or sitting chairs. Not doing so he falls out and hits his head. This happened 4 days in a row, that I've witnessed . He needs constant supervision of he isn't secured in his seat. This is impossible due to the fact they are understaffed. Staaff don't last long because all aren't treated well and overworked and not always paid for hours worked. The staff training is very poor due to short staffing.

Very rewarding place to work. The loving residents make it easy to love what you do. Staff is specially trained for the work we do which allows us to better care for the residents.
