Vintage Hills Senior Living

In the fall of 2019, my dad fell and fractured his back while at home. After 10 days of hospitalization, we realized he needed to move into assisted living. It was a very stressful time for our family. After meeting with some other local care facilities and subsequently with Jim, Deb, and Ryan a few times, we decided to bring Dad to Vintage Hills in Ankeny. You always want the best for your loved ones and hope the decision you make is the right one. The Vintage Hills staff is wonderful and opened their arms to Dad and his beloved pet 'Fluffy' They went above and beyond to accommodate his needs and ours. Recently, Dad had to move into memory care. I want to thank Jim, Deb, Pam, Ryan, and the entire staff for making this transition a smooth and successful one and for always keeping the residents and familys best interests in mind. Good Job!

My grandparents have lived here for nearly two years and have had a wonderful experience. The staff has been attentive, communicative, and supportive of their needs. They communicate with us very well if they have any problems or concerns. My grandparents have nothing but positive things to say about their time and the staff at Vintage Hills. The facility is always clean and well looked after.

My father lived the last three years of his life here. He created many close friendships with the caregivers. Everyone was patient with him and he was well taken care of. All the staff at The Vintage Hills was so kind, understanding and truly generous with our entire family. The piece of mind our family had with him in this facility has been priceless. All management, administrative, kitchen staff and caregivers welcomed all of us with open arms and they went the extra mile to make sure our needs were met and our concerns were heard and our compliments were appreciated.Our sincerest gratitude to all of you for guiding us through the final days of our dads (and grandfathers) life, with such tenderness and care. Your kindness will stay with us for the rest of our days. Your generosity has helped shaped our views of life and transitioning care, for the better.Every one of your actions and every job you do is appreciated. We are all so thankful to have been here with dad, grandpa and you, our friends.
