I used to work their but I don't anymore my experience with working for them was not good they expected way to much from their employees they were always way under staffed but the magement did not care the residents suffer because of that the employees work their butts off but they can only do so much with begin so understaffed

When you walk through the doors you are greeted by resident's whom always have a smile on their face or from a helpful employee. The staff and residents have a good bond with each other. It's great to hear the resident's call this place 'home'. It is a huge adjustment for them to move to a facility.

The residents are like family, I really enjoy working along side the most caring management team and staff as a whole. The team we have here at Pinicon Place is outstanding, they all go above and beyond to make sure our residents are well loved and cared for DAILY!!!!!

I love this community! The staff always goes above and beyond for the residents. Both staff and residents love to have fun and truly care about each other! I truly love working for a place where I feel like I am home!
