What an awesome team of people at Life Care Center of Valpo! They have done a fantastic job over the years. It's not very often you find a group of leaders that have stayed and worked together as long as Executive Director Amber and Director of Nursing Linda. They have a ton of momentum as they desire to do the best for their residents and patients. Thanks for the long hours and dedication. You have given sacrificially to your profession.

Kim of Admissions told me after 2 weeks and 3 phone calls she still hadnt received my husbands printed medical records from PRH. I called PRH and was told she (Kim) said she didnt need anymore records as he probably wouldnt be coming to that facility, she had already received some that were faxed to her around January 9. Every time I called, she told me they hadnt received them yet, I thought it was slow mail, no it was her just telling a lie. How professional!
