I work at Salem crossing. People here care about the residents. We go above and beyond for everyone.

On a recent visit, I found my father unshaven, not bathed and wearing soiled clothing. He was sitting across from the nurse's station and there were no activities going on for him to participate in. It was extremely depressing and I cried when I left him that evening. This place seems under-staffed and unattentive and in desperate need of a directed activity program.
