Nice facility, good care

My grandpa was in this nursing home for little over a week he had just had back surgery at Reid hospital and was sent to this nursing home for rehab over the time of him being here we noticed his urine was very dark and we became concerned so we asked a nurse to do a urine sample and they told us his urine was perfectly fine couple days later he had a doctors appointment at Reid and when he got to the appointment he started vomiting and became very sick he was sent down to the emergency room and they did a urine test there and said he had a very bad infection to the point it was sepsis we was very upset with this facility for not doing there job correct I do not recommend this place
