my father was here last year for rehab and fell and broke his hip, but he he never pushed the call light button. the menu that they get are confusing because they are for the next days meals, i filled out my fathers meal tickets for him. the meals are great but sometimes i liked to bring my father a good old fashioned home cooked meal complete with plates bowls and flatware and enough food for everyone at my fathers table. the facility had no problem with that, the only problem that i have had that they couldn't fix was that they didn't serve diabetic meals but i found that most if not all nursing homes don't but this facility will at least let you bring food in for your family member but some places won't. great staff and caring, sometimes takes them ten minutes to answer a call light but its not often and they were all busy with other people, i know because i went looking, but that doesn't happen often.

They only get a 1 because I cant give them negative or 0 my loved one was put here for rehab and it was the worst decision my family ever made we thought because it looked clean it would be nice but we were so wrong most of the CNA staff is lazy and when the lights are on that people need help you can find no one they are understaffed and a pathetic excuse for a place to put your loved ones I cant imagine how many other people arent being taken care of but there family has no time to be there we practically lived there and they almost killed my family member they are lazy people who DO NOT care about there patients we pulled my family member out and where told by ER she was in such a bad state there is no way proper care was given so if you truly care about your family member take time to look else where this place needs to be shut down we went for broken bones and now are dealing with all sorts of health issues Im so disgusted

I could not get anyone to answer the phone on Christmas morning. I want to make sure my dad would be dressed. That way I could take him to the family breakfast.
