99% of the staff is unwavering in attitude no matter the situation and they generally share a kindness everytime they see you sometimes an impression at first glance based on your own opinions can change how you look at a business because you are focused on yourself and not on the business as a whole and my previous review was not professional amd done out of spite cuz i was pissed off, in reality they are a very helpful and caring facility and staff and the managers and heads of operations bend over backwords for you even though you dont deserve it i did have a mishap with employmemt at that location but not knowing or asking them to they took time out to try and find me a position at their other facility which they did not have to do so in my years of knowing people and business the ones that don't hesitate to help with all avail resources and to take personal break or lunch time to do that means they must devote 100% of their time on the clock to their patients i have randomly popped up about 10 times and each time the staff is always encouraging or smiling just giving 1000% love and care to the clients that reside there sometimes its as simple as seeing someone walking the hall alone and they stop what they are doing to make sure that resident is doing okay and ita really hard to explain but without their company IDs you would think the residents were with family thats the vibe the staff promote...so i fully reccomend this facility and its staff members because even through my own childish spat they were 10 steps ahead working to try and secure me a job and to be honest i probably wouldnt have even cared after my little episode i had with my anger and social media, but they shine through in all types of situations... thanks for taking time to read .
