The residents are amazing. I became the most requested one in my dept. That didnt set well with the boss, who is a male chauvinist, and treated me like I was 5. The entire year. The turnover rate for employees is astoundingly horrible. PRC doesnt care. Bosses cuss at their employees. I secretly recorded a video of being cussed out by the bosses boss. But her husband is allowed to play on his phone and hide out to avoid work, all he wants. They lie to employees about everything and anything. Watched several amazing residents get horrible care. One sweet old man was kicked out cause they lied about him. They said he was aggressive. Which is funny cause after 24/7 watch he didnt assault anyone. Then the one who reported him came to him again and suddenly there was a new claim. Lies. All lies. Everyone knew it. Sweet old man was forced to leave for their lies. Dont work here! Dont put your family in care here!

During my employment with Peabody I have had the chance to meet with many residents and family members and to work with a variety of staff who care for residents at all levels of care here in the community and I can honestly say this is the friendliest place that I have had the opportunity to work. Peabody is not just a place to work or live....it is a Family!!

Peabody Retirement Community is an excellent place to live or work. Having been employed there for Over seven years, I can say that it truly feels like family. We are lucky to have a beautiful community and compassionate staff who put our residents and their needs first. My husbands Grandmother was on TCU for a few weeks and the staff went above and beyond to make her comfortable and rebuild her strength to be able to go home. I would not hesitate to have a family member live at Peabody again. If you are considering Peabody as a place to live or work, I say please visit! You will never want to leave!
