Short staffed and poor communications between therapy and nursing staffs. Always had to track down a nurse or technician for my Mother In Laws needs. After Medicare ran out they told us she wasn't progressing, but they made no effort to help her progress. When we checked out she was missing 5 pair of slacks and 3 tops. Still waiting for social services to reimburse us for the lost clothing. We transferred her to a much better facility in Westfield

My sister did not receiving good care there. She had to wait an hour and a half for pain meds. She had to call her daughter several times because the staff was ignoring her. She fell at least five times while she was there. They packed up her things, left them in the hallway and gave her room away while she was hospitalized, because we told them we were looking for another nursing home for her.

Harbour Manor is a wonderful facility. It is a very clean, and peaceful place. The staff is wonderful. Everyone there is kind, and always has a smile on their face.

Terrible. And please, don't complain to social services, they seem highly inept as do most of the staff.
