Under staffed. Lost my clothes... Even when het name was on it. Slow at response time because lack of staff. Staff personal were friendly but need more help.

After being in the pharmaceutical industry, I have been in dozens of long-term care facilities.I found the care to be excellent, not perfect. Other than very unusual lapses in response time, I was treated with respect and felt very at home there. I required physical rehabilitation as well as pain management. The physical rehab department is full of genuinely motivated and professional personnel.

My husband Jim was a resident in the Assisted Memory Care unit of Hamilton Pointe. I have nothing but praise, for the staff, the facility and the atmosphere of being there. I felt that Jim was getting the best care, and attention. The staff is trained in the Memory care of each person, and tuned in to that person's needs, wants and fears. Trying to make them feel at home, away from home. They are also considerate of family, far and near. Always pleasant and kind in their work to the patient/residents. I would not hesitate one second, if the need ever arrives that I need this kind of care. Thank you staff, for being Jim's family, while he struggled with lost memories and new fears.Sharon R.
