My experience with the staff at Woodland Terrace has been very frustrating. During COVID they have been less than compassionate. My mom tells me that through this isolation the nursing staff, who was her only human contact, wouldnt talk to her. Their enrichment staff has zero customer service skills and their way of speaking to the families of the residents is not professional. I cant say that my mom isnt safe or getting care but the interaction with residents and family needs to be reviewed by management and customer service training mandatory.

Woodland Terrace of New Pal is an amazing community with wonderful services. The staff are warm, welcoming and ready to help anyway they can. Can't wait to visit again!

Woodland Terrace of New Palestine is a top notch community. What I love most about this community is they are very engaged in the community of New Palestine. They have an annual Trunk or Treat event for the children, work with the high school students in volunteer areas and support local businesses. The food is amazing, and the dining room is open to the public!

Beware!. Was charged $1,000.00 for a Veterans benefit and not informed until after application was filled out. Now, 5 months later still have not received this benefit! Shame on you Woodland Terrace.
